Very happy with my purchase! Fits just right in my mid size SUV. Easy to install and use. I love that it covers the inside of the doors to protect from my pooch’s scratches, and the mesh window so he can see me from the back. It’s super easy to clean and vacuum. Material and stitching is very good. My only concern are the plastic hooks that go on the window handles because they seem easily breakable, but so far so good.

My adopted standard poodle (65lbs) came with some serious car anxiety. I could not take him anywhere without multiple stops to try to resettle (or untangle) him. He would go back and forth in the car, from the front seat to the back, and could not be calm. I read that a hammock style car seat cover for the back might help so I purchased this one to try. Installing the cover was very simple and straightforward. I was impressed by the various details like the non slip bottom, the car seat plug-in tether, and the zip sides for easy in and outs. Once we were on the road I was flabbergasted. This product is nothing short of a miracle. The designers must be rocket scientists because every last detail of this car seat cover soothed and calmed my dog and we have had multiple successful car rides. I returned the other more expensive car seat cover I had tried prior to this one. This car seat cover is perfection and will exceed all your expectations! You AND your dog will LOVE it!

Not as sturdy as super expensive brands, but its held up to my big dogs nails and weight very well so far. The material is better than I expected, and it protects my backseat. Was not difficult to install, and fit in my 2022 Prius just fine. If needed for another car or replacement I would most likely order this one again. Good value for the price.

We have a ford explorer and this hammock fits great in the back. When it gets dirty you can take it out easily and throw it in the wash. The only downside is that the door side part of hammock have these ties that you clip to your roof handle, but they are plastic. So it’s easily broken. I just leave sides unzipped because one side clip broke very quickly. Ive got big dogs.

So far its great! I put the cover in a 2019 Chevy Colorado and the it fits and covers the back seat really well. It was easy to put it in and zip up the door ends. The zippers seem like they are going to hold up well against a 37 lb puppy. The air panel is huge and Im happy shell have lots of cool air on these hot Summer days. It was a great price and if it holds up as well as I think it will it was definitely worth it.

Very sturdy and easy to install. I drive a Ford F350 Dually and I my mastiff was not able to get comfortable on the back seat. After he passed away we got a bloodhound puppy who will be 180-200 lbs so I invested in this Seat Extender so that he has plenty of room in my truck to be comfortable as we travel (and he goes with me everywhere). It keeps him contained to the back seat area where he doesn’t distract me while driving and is able to play with his toys. I put a large kennel bed down and our small dogs carseat and still have plenty of room underneath to store out bags when we travel. My boyfriend just ordered a second one for his truck so that his dog can travel comfortably also.

I really like this extender/cover. I am a dog trainer and have three large dogs. I recently got a new car (to accommodate the dogs, of course), and finally have enough space in the backseat for one of these. It definitely dramatically increases the amount of space my dogs have and provides a level surface for them. They seem very comfortable on it. My old cover claimed to be waterproof, but wasnt, and I take my dogs to the beach every week, so I was getting salt deposits on my seats. Not good. Also, every dog hair in the world stuck to it. I was specifically looking for an extender that was truly waterproof and with material that dog hair wouldnt stick to. This is it! Look at the quilted materials of some of the others: dog hair and beach sand stick to that material like crazy. This is a smooth vinyl-like material, but its not slippery, so the dogs dont slide around. I wipe it down with the damp cloths provided by the car wash and it comes clean in one swipe. The only thing I dont like, and they all seem to be made this way, is that the side panels are just fabric, so the only way to protect your door panels is to use the (included) straps every time. It is not an elegant solution. If the panels were slightly rigid, even just lightly padded, they could stand up on their own and this wouldnt be an issue. Hence the four-star rating, instead of five. Overall, though, this seems to be the best available option.

Have had it a month or so now.
We have 2 now, and use them in an ’18 Forester, ’22 Kia Seltos and a ’15 F150 without issues related to fit. Its a little short on the sides for the F150, but we just use the side flaps to cover that space. And we got them mostly for creating a bigger surface for the dogs rather than to protect the seats from the hair and such.
I haven’t tested their full drips/mud/vomit waterproof potential, but it seems they will do okay.
We like that it gives the dogs more space to catch their feet and not fall off the backseat. They are 50lb mutts who don’t settle well in the car yet, even though they are harnessed and belted, so this prevents them from falling into the floorboard.
When in the truck, we have bags and bins on the floorboard, which helps them to have an even bigger platform for resting and security, as its usually a longer trip then.
Hair does brush off of them very easily.
So far, the stitches seem to be holding up.
Getting thru the Velcro to the seatbelts underneath for humans or dogs is kind of annoying, but still doable.
Our one dog loves to put his head on the mesh middle and go to sleep, so time will tell how that holds up to his weight, but this isn’t an issue from the company, just our dog. But I like that air can flow through this area for them.
We haven’t used the seatbelt buckle that came with them (1x per cover) as the few we have tested in general for the dogs seem too short for how our dogs fit and sit in the backseat, so we use the kind that loops around the back headrest and this prevents them from getting hung up on each other or shortening themselves too much.

Won’t fit Ram 2500 truck good. The side protectors can’t be hooked if there is no overhead handle. Also with the seats folded down it raises the dog to ear level. If you’re like me and have a puppy that doesn’t sit still that may be an inconvenience.

I used to try and extend our backseat by stuffing dog beds between the back seat and the back of the front seats. Every time the dogs would sink down. This is a revolutionary concept that expanded our back seat area so much I told my husband we could get another dog! Lol This held their weight just fine and gave them plenty of room. I did harness the dogs at first but decided to let them be free. One dog got caught up in it so I decided to not use the harnesses.

This is the best seat cover. My dog sheds terrible and others are so hard to vacuum out without getting sucked up. Youd have to wash them everytime to get hair off. This one wipes out so easy. The firm bottom allows more room for the dog and a much nicer look than the saggy ones. I was also able to secure it where someone could still sit in the back seat and not have to sit on the cover, using just 3/4 of the back seat for the dog and cover. This is a must buy. Great, quality material. The velcro is super strong! and the side panel cover alot to help less the hair going on my carpet.

As the owner of a puppy with a very sensitive stomach and motion sickness, this thing is a lifesaver.
It covers the whole backseat. I love that it is flat and sturdy along the bottom, so she doesnt slide off the seat and get nervous about lack of a bottom. It connects at several places, so it gives great coverage. Its also easy to put on and take off. My one complaint about that is that it is not so easy to get back into its carrying bag, and if not in the bag it does take up a fair bit of room in the trunk, but perhaps I just need more practice.
I can honestly say it has saved my upholstery/the trouble of shampooing on several occasions. I love that it has an area to connect a seatbelt. After a car accident many years ago where another dog got mildly injured, I always make sure theyre buckled and harnessed. My pup has thrown up in it several times, and even the area where the seatbelt comes through has not leaked. It velcroes around the seatbelt, and seals really well.
Its also great for just keeping dog hair and transfer from dirty paws off my seats. When the dog isnt in the car, and this is in the trunk, you wouldnt even know I have a dog. That and the car doesnt have the lingering smell of dog puke, which is obviously a plus.
I recommend this product absolutely.

This has worked wonders with keeping the back seat of my car clean and hair/dirt free from the dogs. It also helps with their nails from ripping my seats. The only reason its a 4 star instead of 5 is because it doesnt stay up on the seats and car doors like it does in the photos, it tends to drape and my dogs are still able to jump up onto the window and scratch the upper part of my doors. Other than that it works well!

It is good quality and weve used it about 3 times now. It is a lot smaller than we expected but works for us because we drive a Camry and Civic. I do not believe this would work for anything larger. I love that fact this protects my new back seats from dirt, wear, and tear. My fur baby is 69# and her webbed feet hold a lot of dirt and mud. I would like to say if you are questioning having 2 captains seats instead of a bench seat in the middle I can tell you that the floor is sturdy enough my fur baby has no problem walking back and forth across the span. Really good product so far!

Im still looking for a GREAT seat cover for my car. While this one fits there are some flaws that I have found. The material is thinner than other covers I have gotten, the buckles arent as sturdy, and the handles that get tucked into the seat are long and easily slip out. Its worked well so far but I think Ill keep looking for a better one.

This is the first time I have ever used something like this. It held up with my two dogs. One is a large dog about 60+ pounds and the other is a small dog about ten pounds. They were so happy to have a trip in the new car I just bought. Doesnt come with more than one seat belt hook but the big one listens better than the small one so I put it on him. They were secure and my seats were saved by some of their hair and the nails! The big one hates to have hers clipped so its hard to maintain her nails. Very happy with my purchase!

I like the waterproofness and how it has held up so far, but it is a bit flimsy and the material and construction is a bit cheaper than I thought. I especially was disappointed at how it fit in my car (honda civic). I needed something that would block the dog in the backseat and keep from coming onto the middle console, but it was flimsy and not taught or tall enough to keep her from doing that.
