This is the best coat we have ever had for our dog. Like the ideas used in the construction. The zipper from tail to the neck and the attached harness. There is nothing that I can truly see or say bad about this coat.

Got this for my dog for the upcoming New England winter. He’s a shepherd mix, about 80lbs. The 6xl fits him great. All you have to do is step the two front feet in the holes then zipper up the back. It has a harness leash attachment point on the back. The reflective stripes are great since it’s dark here by 5pm for months. He doesn’t wear many clothes but hopefully this will keep him more comfortable in the cold.

My dog is about 65 to 70lbs and still a growing pup. Someone dumped him and a female shepherd out in the country where I live. Boxers are sensitive to the cold and we’re coming into winter. I bought the 4x and it fits him perfect. The first time I zipped it up I got the zipper stuck because he was fighting me a bit. But I didn’t rip it and I was pretty forceful with the zipper. It doesn’t pinch him anywhere and he has full movement. It’s insulated on the chest as well as back. It feels comfortable on the inside and it doesn’t smell funny coming out of the packaging. If he grows much more I’ll probably have to hand it down to one of the other dogs. It’s not adjustable other than the harness part. I would order one size bigger if I get another one. It’s priced very fair. All my other dogs are longer hair and love the cold, hopefully this coat will help the boxer join them.

Got this coat as it zips along the back allowing for more coverage along the chest.
We have a female Weimaraner which is short haired and deep chested and does NOT like the cold! Unlike most of our other coats, this one wraps around the chest and zips along the back, providing for much more coverage along the chest. The coat is well made and essentially has a harness built in which makes it good for winter/cold weather walks.
The coat also seems true to size. We measured our dogs chest and got the size that was right at the edge, but in hindsight, we probably should have gotten the next size up. It still fits her, but it is snug. This is not a ding on the manufacturer but was our mistake. My recommendation would be if you are right on the edge, order the next size up.

I REALLY LOVE THIS COAT! It covers my Doberman body great (16Β neck/ 34Β girth / 27Β length/ 8Β chest/
27Β to shoulder). I bought a 6XL. ItΒs well made, reflective and warm. The only thing I would change is the zipper is not as heavy duty as IΒd like and IΒd change the zipper to zip from front to back. Back to front is difficult to hold the front together while zipping the back.
