I bought this for my dog as one of his Christmas presents and he’s still obsessed with it. He’s even ignores some of his older toys for it. It has a great bounce, so it’s fun for throwing and playing fetch. It’s also soft, which is a plus. I think it massages his mouth nicely because he loves to just lay down with it and lightly chew on it sometimes. Not like he’s trying to eat it or tear it up, just playful nibbles and moving it around in his mouth. He loves it. It’s very durable as well. As stated, it is small. Quite small. It’s a bit smaller than a tennis ball, for those wondering. I have a big dog, so this is smaller than what I usually give him but there have been no issues. π

My dog is a chihuahua mix and around 13 lbs and this ball is the perfect size for him. He loves the texture of the ball and seems very entertained by it. I canΒt speak to the longevity yet since itΒs a new toy but it does seem pretty durable. I would recommend for any small- medium size dogs for sure!

My dog is obsessed with this ball!!! I originally bought one from Dollar General and it was advertised as a kid’s toy. It was almost the same ball as this one but that one was only $1. I tried to wash it and it got water inside which I was worried about becoming moldy since I couldn’t get it out. So I had to get a new one. I didn’t see any more at Dollar General so I checked Amazon and found this one. It was a little more expensive then the first one I bought but that’s okay because it’s worth the money to see how happy my dog gets when he plays with it. This one actually is even nicer too, the spikes on it are more pointy than rounded like the other one I had. And it feels thicker and more durable. My dog has had this one for months and there are no signs of damage. I don’t wash it when it’s dirty. Now I just wipe it down with a wet paper towel if I need to. I would highly recommend this ball to anyone with a dog, as long as your dog’s mouth isn’t big enough to swallow it. It’s very bouncy, has a good squeak to it and provides hours of fun. As an added bonus, it also helps to clean their teeth a bit since it has the rubber spikes. I would definitely purchase this again.

My dog loves bouncy balls and squeaky balls, and also LOVES. TO. CHEW! And this ball definitely fits ALL of these desires… it’s quickly become his favorite ball and he’s constantly chasing it and chewing on it! He loves it so much I came back to buy a couple more! He’s a pretty heavy/tough chewer, and he has yet to destroy this thing…. so I appreciate that the ball also satisfies his need to chew without worrying it’ll fall apart! This also might sound odd, but the squeaky noise is EXTRA exciting for my dog… it has like a louder, more “enticing” sound that makes him come running from anywhere when I squeak it! (haha see my funny video, jolting him out of his sleep!)
Size-wise this was perfect for him… he’s a 17 pound terrier mix.

So far my dog loved this one, but the light and squeaker stopped working after about one hour of play. (We found another one through Amazon that he loves and the light and squeaker is lasting longer.) He still enjoyed playing with it until we got him the other one and now the newer one is his favorite. When he loses track of the newer ball, he plays with this one instead and is very happy.

Bought a bunch of these for my three French Bulldogs, particularly my extra playful Frenchie girl named Stella. She loves squeaky toys and balls but is an expert at gutting a toy in record time. She has removing the squeaker from a Kong tennis ball down to a science and can get it done in 10 minutes easily. I was hoping these would provide a bit more longevity and they definitely have. Most still squeak and even in those that don’t, she wasn’t able to get inside to the squeaker (I just assume she bit hard enough puncture the squeaker deep within the ball but she hasn’t been able to remove it – she likes to carry the deflated squeakers of other toys around like they’re trophies). I saw previous reviews that mentioned a gel that oozed out when a spike is punctured but I have not seen that – even with Stella’s incessant and hard chewing, the spikes are intact. The only negative on these is that the 2.5 inch balls easily roll under my bed and sofa, causing Stella to whine and bark until I rescue the toy for her (thus why I bought 5 of them but when she’s focused on one particular ball, that’s the only ball she wants). Overall, I think these are good squeaker balls for aggressive chewers, particularly small dogs.

I really really wanted my pup to LOVE this squeaker ball. But, nope. Penelope is a 14 lb Pekingese who has an absolute addiction to those LOUD blabber balls. So I thought ahhh just a squeaky noise. Unfortunately even though PekeΒs have a very large jaw and never let go of anything this ball at 2 1/2Β defeated her and she lost interest within 5 minutes. She canΒt get it to squeak very often and sheΒs all about the noise. But I give it 4 stars as it is a pretty nifty ball. Your dog should love it! Maybe theyΒll make a mini some day.

Every other chew toy given to my 2 little dogs is destroyed in a matter of minutes. They seem to go straight for the squeaker. But these little toys have lasted months!! They are still playing and chewing on the toys ordered in May! In all honesty, my papillon has managed to puncture a few of them enough that they don’t squeak anymore. They are still a whole ball, just no longer squeak. Actually turned out to be a blessing. The “broken” ones are our bed toys. He always wants to chew one in bed where squeaking isn’t as great. Perfect! Daytime and nighttime toys!
Can’t say enough about these amazing little squeakers! So glad I found them.

Also – the dog slobber doesnΒt make the ball slimey because the spikes prevent them from getting too slippery. Love them!!

My Chihuahua likes this ball. It is a bit too large for him to fit in his little mouth, but he is able to manage. He likes squeaking it and chasing after it. It bounces very well. The spikes do seem very thick and tough, which is something he didnΒt like at first because it scared him, but now he plays with it regularly. I would think that this ball will last a while because it is made from a very durable material, and my little chihuahua doesnΒt seem to be able to destroy it. It may be more destructible for a larger dog however, IΒm not sure. Overall, it isnΒt his favorite ball because of itΒs size, but he does still get enjoyment from playing with it.

Dogs go wild over these! I think the texture, bounce & squeak are nirvana for them! These hold up well. They eventually may loose their squeak, but my dog continues to love catching them and squeezing them in his mouth long past the squeak leaving them.

Pros- my dogs love this ball! We got a pink one which is perfect for my girly girls! They love squeaking it, chasing it, and gnawing on it. We got the small and itΒs the perfect size for my 13-15 lb pups.
Cons- not sure why but when this is played with on carpet it picks up all the loose strands of hair on the floor and ends up as a big nasty tangle of hair around the ball. ItΒs super gross and I am constantly having to remove hair from this ball. So they only play with it on the hardwood floors now.

Maggie Mae (12 lbs) loves this ball. I got the small 2.5 inches blue ball . The ball is just right for her and she carries it from the living room to the bedroom with no problems. I was in the kitchen when I heard squeaking coming from the upstairs I went and there she was on the bed with her blue ball. It was just her way of saying “Playtime”. She has had this ball for a few months and loves it. I decided she need more balls from this company so she now has a Gnawsome Pink football. I did look at the balls that light up and veto them because of choking hazards.

After returning other spiky dog balls because of their strong smell, I took a chance with these Gnawsome balls. They are just perfect for my Sheltie. The balls are odor free, the spikes are not too hard and they bounce well. My dog is not a big chewer so I can’t judge it’s toughness but I know it will last my pup a long time.

I recently adopted a Chihuahua/Mini Pin…. Much to my surprise, this delicate looking little angel has JAWS OF STEEL! Her destructive chewing abilities are beyond amazing! She us very playful and goes love balls, so these are the latest ones I tried, and BINGO! THEY ARE WONDERFUL! She actually squeeks them without destroying the squeeker! She chews, rolls and throws them around by herself and plays fetch with them.
I couldn’t be more pleased. When they lasted beyond one day I was happy, that was 23 hours longer than any other squeeky toy has survived. She doesn’t actually bite directly into the balls, but gnaws rather to the side of them, so I think they’re going to last (I bought 2 anticipating a very short lifespan) So, at $3.99, when these need replaced, I will not be fussing over it. I am so pleased I gave these a try, and so is my little bundle of fur ??.

Came here to buy another ball, searching past purchases I bought this ball on 08/2020. Only now she tore a piece off but the squeaky is still intact. She usually tears squeakies out within minutes but she must love this ball enough to not destroy it. If you squeeze it, itΒs harder than expected so itΒs made solid but not too hard. IΒll buy again for the fact that is has lasted this long.

These are the best squeeky balls! My jack chi goes bonkers for them.
There are a lot of hard, pointy ones out there, but these are soft and flexible and stay that way. I used to buy balls from Meijer or Pet Supplies Plus, but these are better quality. But she’s not a chewer or destructive at all, so I cannot attest to their durability with strong chewers.
I have to have at least two at all times: she won’t give up one without the promise of another.
Ordering my third batch of balls today… I highly recommend.

These are so well-loved and used that they go missing quickly. I have since ordered several more so that the transition from lost ball to new ball is seamless. They live their own life in our home, being lost and rediscovered over and over. This ball is never far from my pup’s mouth and he loves the nubs. My little guy doesn’t chew the nubs but rather gums them over and over, seeming to enjoy the feel in his mouth. The balls have done well and he chews everything else to death.
I ordered two of these initially that squeaked and lit up. Very popular with my pup and I loved them too. They were very cool and are now long gone somewhere in the dark abyss that is my home. ??

We bought two of these balls about a couple of months apart. We were very pleased with the first one, it lasted a lot longer than we had thought and our yorkie was in love with it. The second one was fine until about three days after getting it, the squeaker just stopped. We looked through the ball to see if there were any holes but there werenΒt any. Regardless, our dog still loves the toy and we will continue to buy more.

Good solid fetch ball. Not super durable or for power chewers. We have to watch our pup when she plays with it so she doesn’t lay down and chew it open. Squeaker came loose inside pretty quick but other than that, it’s a great ball.
