I own a Persian cat who has very long hair, I found this to be the most useful brush i own. Very effective and personal I mostly use the smaller brush as it fits comfortably in my hand. I use this brush as well to remove matting as it allows me to pick at the hairs one by one. The one con is i might be concerned is if this metal is rust resistant but I will update this product if it occurs.
For this price this brush is a must/ essential, Personally I would be doomed without this brush.

My father takes my dog hunting and he often comes back covered in burs. He’s a GWP and has a beard and that is the area that is hardest to get the burs out of. I always found that using a comb was one of the best ways to get burs out, but the plastic combs we had on hand couldn’t do the job. The tines often broke off. So, I decided to purchase these. Theyre great! I love that they have a side with wider tines so that I can be more gentle, but also a side with tines closer together which wont miss anything. Overall a great purchase for anyone trying to get burs out of their dog’s fur!

I love these for my yorkie puppy’s tangles! This comb was recommended by my groomer for her tangles. I use the small comb and it works fabulously! I used it the first time yesterday when it arrived and again this morning.
It is much easier to work through her hair and she isn’t battling me so much about her daily care! We were done in no time this morning without resistance!

We originally bought a specific doodle brush but found through TikTok that a comb is recommended. This is the tool you need for knot elimination! ItΒs way better and easier to get deep under any knots (that are guaranteed to show up!). The combs are sturdy, long teeth for bigger knots, have a good weight to them, and high quality. ItΒs also a plus that this comes with the two sizes. Highly recommend!

I had heard a few times that this type of comb was a must-have in your grooming kit for a long-haired pet, but I wasn’t sure I believed it would do any better than a regular plastic hair comb until I finally broke down and got this set. We have a long-haired cat who hates being brushed, does not like when it tugs even a tiny bit, but of course he needs to be groomed regularly to keep his fur from matting. After trying several other kinds of brushes I finally decided to try these, and I wish I hadn’t held out so long. These are absolutely the combs you need to help with detangling. I can now comb my cat’s fur without him complaining most days, and loosen and knots trying to form without tugging.
Most often I use the longer toothed comb for him, but the shorter one is good for precision work – most often on his belly where he doesn’t let me access as often, so he does get the occasional small mat I have to tease out there. The shorter comb is best for that, at least for me, because I can maneuver it better.

My Persian cat Lucy is known to have long silky hair and can tangle and get matted easily if you donΒt brush her everyday. I was in search for a good comb since a regular brush wonΒt take out the tangles from her layers of hair. This one is amazing! The grip on it is very well made and easy to comb through, takes all the knots off and is sturdy. Lucy loves getting her hair brush and she looks comfortable and happy. The look on the brush is well made and comes in two versions a small and large one. Definitely recommend if you have a long hair fur baby !

My outdoor cat always comes back with tons of little green burrs/seeds in his fur. Removing them with my fingers was a pain in the @ss. This comb with the fine teeth is a godsend for removing them. The ends of the teeth are round so as not to poke the animal. Ten stars out of five.

We needed some strong combs to help brush our golden doodle. Get the knots out and keep the undercoat detangled. We also have the metal bristle brushes with thinner and more dense teeth to really smooth out out the coat but our dog hates it. (she is terrible at the groomer!). She minds these more so we can use both but these do help keep the coat from getting too messy.

I wish I’d have taken a couple pics, sorry about that! What i can tell anyone too is that these 2 dog combs are of great quality. They work excellent for what they’re made to do. And for once my dog doesn’t mind getting brushed, it combed actually worth these 2 combs. One is smaller and I’ve been using it very gently on my dogs under belly and hind legs. She loves it. The bigger of the 2 come i use on her back and the larger areas of her body. She’s an “Australian sheep dog” i think they call them, she cost lot of money and they call them “Aussie’s”, for short. Her coat would sort of ‘break’, they said, when i used just about any other doggy comb or brush. Break as in I guess give her split ends or something. I’m not really sure what people actually meant when they told me i was “Breaking” her coat?? Anyway, my dog friends have now said that they approve of this new dog comb and they also say her coat has never looked so good! That’s coming from the few people i do know who def know a good bit about dogs, a couple of them are actual trainers and one is a show dog pro. LoL!!- Get the combs, haha.

They glide through the hair easily and even when they are matted the comb works its way through painlessly and little pulling. My dogs do not run away when they see the comb. They will sit for me while I do the combing.
