ItΒs a quality leash a bit large about 1.5x larger than a 16Β leash, itΒs a bit heavy die to the quality housing and the extra long leash, but itΒs ok for me as it feels solid and secure harnessed to our 60 lbs husky.

After two days, heΒs learning he can run out to the full 16Β and then it stops him and heΒs got it figured out. It is always the knock on Chinese products. Not with this leash. I just bought a second one. I did so because the first one has performed flawlessly. I have owned it for months now. Have you ever tried walking a hound puppy? Chaos everywhere! I tried the 30 ft lead for less than a minute as she had her leg tangled and I was fearful of an injury. Ordered this and once she got used to it, she walked great! We live rurally so she can explore a bit but I still am able to retract if a car comes or I spot a danger. Works great! She is nearly 40 pounds and it handled her size easily. She loves to hold the other leashes in her mouth and has even chewed through a cheap petsmart leash I got her when she was a tiny pup but she tried to grab this leash once but then had zero interest in having it in her mouth but they did include a small extension for this purpose but thankfully we wonΒt need it. Definitely a training tool we will continue to use!!

My dog grew up with Tugs and I can honestly say they both held up. Medium when he was a puppy and a large since 8/2022. HeΒs 73 poundsΒ and is pretty active. IΒm only replacing cause itΒs been dropped more times than IΒd like to admit. Not necessarily cause he was pulling just things happened and itΒll fall. I like itΒ hopefully nothings changed and the new one will be just as good.

I bought two. They are very well made and feel sturdy. IΒve never had such a nice retractable leash. I would definitely recommend. My dogs are 152nd and 24 lbs. I got two mediums. There is an extender with a smaller clip which works better on my smaller dogs. Good product.

I think this is a great quality leash, however, my only concern is that I think it may be a little too large for my dog. HeΒs about 13 pounds and I purchased the medium size. I probably shouldΒve sized down and got the small. The grip is GREAT! A little on the heavier sideΒ .. still debating on whether to exchange it for the smaller size or not ??

This is the third one I’ve bought. The retractable rope/leash lasts a long time — several years — before fraying. Mine is to hold a 100 lb dog and this works well. I am able to lock it loose, giving him more of a free rein to move around and sniff things and then pop it retracted when I need more containment. Highly recommend this leash.

This product was delivered quickly. Nice quality of workmanship. Seems that it is durable and will last. The leash extends and retracts smoothly. I received an extra approximately 5″ smaller in width leash to attach to my dog’s harness and to the retractable leash in case she tries to chew through the leash. She will end up chewing on the attachment instead. Great idea!

This leash works great because you can have it very short for walking right next to you and also quickly give them freedom when you want. We have a 6 month old Golden Retriever and I love this leash. Our typical walk involves mostly sidewalks as well as an empty parking lot and a grassy area. She knows that when I have it short she needs to walk right next to me and when I give her freedom (such as in the parking lots and grassy areas) she can run ahead and sniff things or explore. I just keep walking and once the leash is fully extended because IΒm far enough ahead, I give it a tug and she runs to catch up with me to do it all over again. The flexibility it provides is great and just what we were looking for!

I love that this came with an extra bit of leash that you can attach if you have a dog that likes to chew or tug on the leash as you walk! I have a puppy that has this issue. The chew extension has sustained some damage but thanks to it the actual leash has gone unharmed.
The leash is a great length imo. I also like how smooth and quickly it retracts.
My only issue with it is the locking mechanism. I’ve noticed when my (rather big) pup lunges quickly or bolts suddenly it will occasionally unlock which really sucks.
If it’s a steady tug the lock will hold just fine.

I love this leash! ItΒs so smooth and makes walking my german shepherd so much easier. He pulls a little and likes to walk zig zag in front of me. With this leash, I donΒt have to constantly deal with extra slack or lack thereof. Or those constant little pulls that get overstimulating after a while. I realized just how tense it was making me once I tried this leash. What a difference! IΒm more relaxed and so is he.

Got this for my 34lb dog and she is pretty chilled on are walks but my other 90lb dog thinks heΒs a sled dog.. this help so she doesnΒt get yanked around by me when the other decides to take me for a ride. The spring for the retraction is strong and the leash itΒs shelf seem well made.
