These are very comfortable on my cat while they are wearing them. If they donΒt kick around too much, they will stay on just fine. Otherwise they can kick these off. I like them because they do not the cats feet and Are very comfortable looking to me. Although IΒm returning these AblePet Dog Boots, I was impressed with the quality, especially for the price. The only reason I’m sending them back is that they were too small for my puppy’s paws. If they had fit, I would have kept them for sure! The boots are cute, well-made, and feel thickΒnot like some cheap alternatives out there. If you’re struggling to get them to stay on your dogs feet the way I was, make sure you are placing the velcro strap in the right spot. Initially my instinct was to wrap the velcro near the top of the sock/bootie, but they were constantly sliding down or being entirely kicked off. What you want to do is wrap the velcro right above the rubberized area near your pups ankle. Since I switched to that they’ve stayed on great.

I like the sticks. It takes some time to get them on. Make sure you place the velcro in the middle of the sock area and bite too close to the top where it can come off and not keep the sock on. I have to keep her from chewing the extended velcro so tuck that in securely. ??

I have been searching high and low for a walking sock to keep him clean and protected. These socks are perfect for his paws! He loved them. They stayed on. They arenΒt torn! IΒm so excited. The trick I found is to fold the top over the velcro stays. I wrapped the velcro strip fairly snug. I canΒt pull the sock off without taking the velcro off. He ran and ran and didnΒt get so bothered by the dirt and rocks. Lots of construction in my neighborhood. No having to wash his paws after. They stated perfectly in place for all 2.5 miles of our walk. HeΒs a 13 on Havanese. I got xs. I tried bigger boots and Pawz ballon like ones. The boots donΒt stay on and Pawz were hard to get on and tire from walking in asphalt once. Nails broke through.
