I bought this dog bed for my oversized Blue Heeler, and I absolutely love how it turned out! Its spacious, supportive, and looks great in my home. Most importantly, my boy loves ithe sprawls out in it all day, and its clearly his favorite spot in the house.
What I Loved:
Great Size for Large Dogs: Its rare to find a bed that accommodates bigger dogs comfortably, but this one fits the bill perfectly. My Blue Heeler has plenty of space to stretch out, but it still has the cozy bolstered sides for him to lean against when he wants to curl up.
Super Comfortable: The cushioning is thick and supportive, which is great for my dogs joints. Hes getting older, so having a bed like this that offers proper support is a huge plus. The soft, plush fabric on the top adds an extra layer of comfort that he seems to love.
Durable Materials: So far, its held up well to daily use and the occasional digging my dog does before he settles in. Its also easy to clean with a removable cover, which is a must for a dog bed in my opinion.
What Could Be Better:
The assembly process was definitely the hardest part. Getting all the pieces to fit together snugly was a bit of a challenge and took longer than I anticipated. The instructions were clear enough, but the foam inserts were tricky to slide into place. Once assembled, though, it all came together beautifully, and the hassle was worth it in the end.
Why Its Worth It:
Even with the challenging setup, this dog bed is worth every penny. Its the perfect size, super comfy, and my Blue Heeler is completely obsessed with it. Seeing how happy and relaxed he looks in it makes all the effort worthwhile.
If youre looking for a high-quality bed for a larger dog, this is a fantastic option. Just be prepared to spend a little time getting it set up. Four starswouldve been five if the assembly process were smoother!

This is the BEST dog bed I have ever bought! Have had many. This does not have foam that falls apart when you wash it, the fluffy part is actually stuffed in its own 3 pillows, making it so easy to clean and dries faster also.

Zipper not up to par. Broke off when I tried zipping up the bed. Money down the drain because all the pieces were vacuumed sealed; I don’t have that capability and too big to return. I will have to spend the extra money to have the zipper replaced by a professional.

My little guy, Luke, loves his new bed already. He’s an Australian Shepherd, who is almost a year old. He’s almost 40lbs right now and will possibly get to 50 lbs, full grown. I bought the 42″ in brown with the tan inside and orange stripes. It’s so big, but so comfy for him. I almost got the smaller one, but in the end I chose this size because he loves to stretch out and he carries his blankies (blankets) all over the house and likes to cuddle with them as well. So he has room to bring any one of his blankets in with him, which he had already done. His stretching out was my main reason for getting the bigger one. I am so glad I did. Putting it together was so easy. Yes you have to slip in all 3 bolsters yourself and the orthopedic botyom as well. But the manufacturer made it so easy to accomplish. Each of the 3 sides has a zipper of it’s own and then one main one (going in opposite direction) all the way around. You just have to sit and be patient while slpping in the bolsters, so that you take full advantage of how best to slip them in so that they are noce and full and plump. Very, very easy to do. When you get the hang of how you did the 1st one, the other two go extremely fast. The bottom just lays inside the whole frame and you zip it in. You should do the bolsters 1st and the bottom last. From start to finish 10 to 25 minutes. The finished product is awesome. Just as the picture shows. Some people on here complained that the inner workings were thin and flimsy. They are not. The material fluffs up over a few hrs and even more in a day or two. I don’t think those people are aware of how the air completes the puffing cycle. The box that it’s delivered in, is about an eighth of the real size of the bed, once opened up an put together. That’s a big hint right there. It’s so soft and and plush inside and the bolsters are sturdy enough for my little guy to rest his head on. The fact that all the material zips off and can be thrown in in the washing machine is a huge plus! I highly recommend. You wont be sorry. The price is VERY reasonable, for this bed also. Other sites wanted more money for beds not nearly as thick, warm and comfy as this one!

I was pleased how easy the bed was to put together. The only issure was my 45 lb. Wheaten Terrier loves it. She was laying on it before I even had the bolsters put in. Eventually she moved enough for me to finish and has been happily sleeping in it ever since.

After reading the reviews, i pulled the trigger. Its a cheaper bed, so i wasnt expecting a lot. I am a professional trainer and have 8 personal dogs.
The overall first impressions of the bed:

-no crinkling from the water resistant liner on the inserts
-Fluffed up well within the 24 hour recommended window
We do not have destructive dogs, so im not worried about that, if you have puppies, anxious dogs or chewers in general i probably wouldnt recommend.

Have had this bed for a month now and ive used it for my 6 almost 7 month old great dane pup!
She only sleeps in the very corner like a weirdo, hasnt tried ripping it but she does aggressively dig into it as if trying to make a nest or something and it hasnt ripped from that yet so I’d say its pretty durable there.
Exactly what i ordered, massive! Great quality, easy to put together (kinda, it takes a bit to figure out whats what) and its so comfortable that my friends fall asleep on it !

Great size. I think the side standers are just fine. Little confusing figuring out how all the zippers work but I got it together. Given that its for such large dogs (this one about 85 lbs), it should have an extra half inch at least or full inch of cushioning on the bottom IMO. JMO, the dog lays on the hard floor sometimes too, but I think that has more to do with temp. Also, my dog scratches her bed with claws like shes preparing a bed of leaves or something. Ive seen her pawing it hard several times, at least once per day, and its held up fine for a month now so is good material. Dog is happy. Ill go five stars just because I dont actually know that a dog would like more cushion like we assume.

I was a little worried when I first unpacked it. There were no instructions on what to do to get it to fluff back up from shipping. I let the pieces sit for 24 hours. The bottom part was great. But the bolster pieces still seemed really flat. I had to kind of break up the foam pieces that were all stuck together. After another 24 hours it was much better but they still looked really loose. But once I put them inside the cover, they were very well stuffed.
I think its a pretty good value and if I need another would purchase again.

First- I have a golden retriever. I didnt check measurements but thought the LARGE bed would be too small. The extra large is big enough for him and a medium size dog!
Next- when you open the box it seems like the craziest configuration of stuff ever. Everything is shrink wrapped. The title says dont give up because I almost did. I was ready to put all those small packs back in the box and return it. Glad I didnt! Very simple to assemble once you get everything open. You do have to really shake the stuffing for the side panels to fluff them. The instructions were vague on this. Also I put the egg crate side of the foam pad DOWN in the bed. I thought it felt a bit stiff and didnt think my dog would appreciate those points poking at him. Super easy though, and my best friend appears to be quite content. I highly recommend!

This was the 3/4th one I ordered. 3rd one was NOT delivered in a timely manner. Amazon indicated it was to be delivered on Sunday. Sunday came and went, no bed!! I checked and Amazon indicated it was delayed. this was 3 weeks after ordered!!! Called customer service. they put in a new expidited order. 3 days later the new bed arrived DAMAGED!! it was like the bed was smashed with something hot. Again called customer service. they promptly replaced the bed.
I must say they are usually excellent beds. But in the case I was getting it for my dog who is at the end of her life and I wanted to make her nice and comfy. The delays at this time made for a bad situation.

Her new bed has been out of the box for 6 hours and she has been on it for 5 1/2 hours. She even likes it better than my bed! She made quick use of the sides as she does love a good pillow.
Four stars as the foam around the sides is actually just broken up bits of foam so its not going to be all that durable. Also, the foam pad on the bottom could be a little thicker for the large dog size – but for the price, its probably 4 1/2 stars.
The cover does come off with large zippers so its easily washable

As an owner of two pit bulls, who are naturally skilled at digging and “treasure hunting,” finding a mattress that can withstand their antics has always been a challenge. But this mattress has truly exceeded my expectations!
Its incredibly durable no matter how much they try to dig into it, it holds up perfectly and stays intact. On top of that, its super easy to clean and machine washable, making it very practical for a household with big dogs.

Ill probably end up purchasing the XXL, but for now this is a review for the Jumbo. The product comes in 3pkgs inside one box – the cover, the bed insert, the side booster pieces. The bottom foam eggcrate is tightly compressed in a plastic bag – once you open the bag it will start to expand. My suggestion is to have the bed cover laid out and unzipped so once you release the insert from the plastic bag it will start to expand – so place it in the cover and start zipping it in. Let it continue to expand while its zipped in the cover. Seen a lot of reviewers complain about the bolster inserts – that theyre damaged or flat. There are 3 bolster inserts, 2 longer pieces and 1 shorter one. The shorter piece goes in the back and the two longer pieces go along the side and into the front – stuff it into the front bolster pocket and fold it at a 90 degree angle and zip that in; do the same for the other side. The bolster pieces are compressed, but you should squeeze them to separate the foam pieces inside; shake it out, squeeze the foam and just start trying to even out the foam inside. I think this is the part that customers are skipping – they think the bolster piece is flat; what they dont realize is, you have to manipulate it a little bit to fluff it a bit. I have two Saint Bernard puppies – they will share this bed for a short time while theyre still puppies and then Ill have to buy two XXL!! Overall – these are nice beds for the price!

i was very NOT impressed when it arrived. so much bed squeezed into such a small package. and the side bolsters were flat as pancakes. i figured i could add some cotton batting BUT, a short time later the bolsters bloomed like flowers!
i am so thrilled with this bed now. its better than the bed i bought for my pup at petfood express at only half the cost on amazon.
if you too, are not impressed at first, just wait for it to expand. my dog rio, and i, are both really happy i made this purchase.

We couldn’t have found a better bed. We bought it when our Golden Retriever was a pup, and now she’s almost a year old. She has longer legs than usual for the breed, and she already weighs 78.6 lbs. She has worked this bed hard! She’s scratched at it, played with all kinds of toys in it, eaten her bones and treats on it, and of course she sleeps in it. The cover is removable and washable. Make sure you wash it in cold temperature. If you have a small hand vac with wash/vacuum capability, that’s what we use. With all her shenanigans, there are no tears, no holes, and no stains. I can’t recommend this bed enough!
I’ve been reading all the negative reviews about this bed, curious about so many 1-Star reviews. When we unpacked ours, we, not easily, pushed the stays in. Sure, they aren’t rock-hard, but Liberty loves them. She’s always using those bolsters for her head. If you’re looking for 100% flawless upkeep, then you’re not use to having a dog – lol.

Our dog is older (12 years) and has occasional hip pain. The previous bed I purchased wasnt washable which is why I love this bed. She absolutely loves it and it also received approval from our cat. It came with instructions on how to put it together but they were a little difficult to follow. Took us a moment to find the second zipper. Once that was found it was so easy to put together. Its large enough for our medium size dog to stretch out in. We did get the large size. As far as washing I dont know yet as we just received it yesterday.
